The ZDS series hydrapulper is a proven stock‑preparation unit for slushing waste paper, broke and virgin pulp.
Equipped with Vokes‑type rotor, it generates powerful hydraulic turbulence. Matching extraction plate delivers high‑efficiency defibering while minimizing fibre damage.
Available in batch‑type and continuous‑type configurations with 5‑40 m³ working volume. Standard scope includes rotor drive unit and extraction plate; screening baskets, junk trap and ragger are optional selections.
Heavy‑duty welded structure, over‑sized bearings and simplified drive system reduce maintenance cost and extend service intervals.
